OPERATION

PF - 01 is a Star Delta Timer for start motor in 3 phase system 

to help reduce peak current during the motor start turning. Causing 

the current used in the Start Motor to not exceed the limit of the 

Lock Rotor current or to help prevent electric shocks during the Start

Motor in the event that the Motor is large
